Made some cupcakes, this time, it's green tea cuppies!

Joined Chummies at Downtown East after a late night work on Friday
but it seems they had quite some fun before me with all the booze and stuff...

And ya... we actually slept at 2 or 3 plus...
after watching a disgusting episode of Fear factor where contestants had to drink blended rats...
*shudders*
Would you do that for few hundred thousands?

So we left the TV on as everyone went to dreamland (cuz everybody was too lazy to sit up to switch off the TV set and were trying to see who's the one who can't take it...)

Maybe it's because the rest were working from morning, I wasn't too sleepy and so, the sound from the TV annoyed me (only)...
I wasn't be able to sleep...
So I lost, climbed to the TV and switched it off...
:P

And the next morning, I woke up to this sight...

Finished our traditional breakfast with tons of sesame (from the chee cheong fun, CCF) stuck in mouth, we proceeded to Wild Wild Wet, WWW!

My first trip to WWW (cuz I always thought I'm gonna drown there!) and it's free cuz ah xi got us complimentary tickets from her company!
:)

Stripped down to our swimwear, we joined other kids in the lovely pools!
We learnt to keep closer to people with bigger tummies so ours will look small
(Stay away ah mei!)

We took this UlarLah ride for a total of 6 times just to get a nice photo shot but didn't managed to!
1) We were caught off guard cuz we didn't know the position of the cam...
2) That's the picture above which we realised we need to "suo fu" (suck in tummy)
3) The camera didn't snap!!
4) The camera failed to snap again!!
5) Forgot to suo fu again... -_-"'
6) Our very last try and we finally got to take a purple float BUT the camera didn't snap!!!

No choice, had to make do with the 2nd shot...
At least, we all looked happy...
Lol...

Oh! And we actually played this scary U shaped slide whereby the float your partner and you sits on will go nearly 90 degrees down the U shaped valley...
Damn steep la! But got exciting loh!
Vicky and I took the same float and by the time it's finished, we just sat in the float with jelly legs...
Fun but not for the faint hearted!
And the thing about this slide is that you've got to lug the huge float up a few storeys...
You will probably lose all your energy before the ride even started.

WWW is pretty good for first timers but I wouldn't pay to go in since the place lacks variety.
Well, at least I didn't get drowned which I should be glad!

Back to the chalet and it was time for some snaps snaps before pom pom!

That's Ah Wee in bikini who claimed she was tricked by mei mei into wearing one... haha
And Mei mei's "one-piece suit" which is nothing more than 2 gold rings connecting a sexy 2 piece bikini together...

Went Jurong Pt to run some errands and happened to pass by my old house in Jurong...
Just brought back memories of the good old days...

This is the area near the Jurong Swimming complex...
I remember the mornings where I would wake up early (that's right, morning, no mistake!) for a jog/walk along the "river" with mum...

The swimming complex wasn't even built then!

That's the community library (which has closed down) I really loved...
During those days, libraries were located damn far from my place (had to travel to jurong east central or jurong point! Hey! I do read ok!?)

The little park in front my block...
They used smelly cow dung as fertilizers for those plants...
Oh... and there's a playground I played for the first decade (at least) of my life...

Alright, shall stop making fun of the poor guy for once on his 21st birthday entry...

Miser Misleader Mr Yik who planned a special birthday gathering at Miss Clarity Cafe was quite pleased with the number of people he had to treat, counting "1 down" with every person that did not manage to turn up...
Haha...

The Cafe is nice (went with chummies the first time and ah ju the 2nd time :) ), very pinky and cutesy...

The only thing I cant stand is their "signature girls" on the wall...


Don't they have huge nostrils?

Shouldn't they draw nice pretty small noses for these ladies?
Large nostrils are unsightly...

Their food isn't bad... tried their Seafood stew with some flaky pastry instead of my usual Chicken Ballotine...
Not a bad choice...

But poor naughty boy found the portion to be too little after giving me his mussels (cuz he doesnt he tt and I ordered the dish for him cuz he came in later after oversleeping on the bus and ended up at Toa Payoh -_-'')...
I gave him all my potatoes and some flaky pastry... :)

Then Yik showed us our surprise!

Mr Yik baked a cake (or brownie rather) for us!
Well, it's suppose to be his birthday cake... Luckily, I didn't get another one... haha

He didn't have a sqare pan so we got a round brownie... lol
Hardworking Yik waked up in the morning to bake us this cake, used a pack of normal M&Ms (not those baking M&Ms) and melted all of it in the cake...
So now we know M&M not only melts in your mouth...
