Had a really good dinner gathering with dearest Chummies (with the absence of ever-busy-fy)
@ this EASTERN RESTAURANT introduced by Dawn who introduced it to ah beh who introduced it to us...

They have got nice nice 小笼包, mei's favourite 红油chaoshou (I dunno which is the correct chao (ltr ah beh luff at me again =( so i shall leave it as it is)

Got especially and freshly made Gao Li Dou Sha too (and it's on the house) Wahhaha!

Yum Yum... =D

And surprise surprise, Ah Fy sms-ed me this afternoon before I set off to work...

She was going MC too!!
Ha! So she fetched me to work and since it was still early, I accompanied her to deliver her promo JJ Cds to the radio stations and we then "xiao fei-ed" to canteen for lunch =)

Ah Fy and I shared a plate of Char Siew, Roast Duck and Sheo Ba...

Then.......
I saw some durian deli from Goodwood Park!

Not able to resist, I bought a crepe but I'm keeping it for tml =)

Work was alright, had some feast @ work with all the 喜事...

First, there were red eggs, ang gu guay and choc cake from a first-time Daddy.
Then, it was SD Lynda's wedding cakes.
And the last few days, there were treats from those lucky peeps who got promoted...

Am kindna upset, will not be attending Lynda's wedding le due to work...

Damn hilarious to see them carry the packs out...

7) Droolan still drools

Baby D and my cuppie...
Made a special plain cuppie for this boy...

This darling just melts everybody's heart with his signature smile, cutesy way of saying "姑姑" and "kor-kor", tight hugs and kisses =)

He's kindna hyper though and he eats alot (even thought that detergent powder was food)...

Baby D has been coming over quite frequent! =)
At least I got to see him both yesterday (took care of him on my off day) and today (came over with maid to help out with grandma's death anni)!

Was fun to have him brighten up our days!

I would have to agree with Naughty Boy that seeing baby D sleep is such a comfy feeling...
They (babies) seem so innocent and carefree unlike us where sleep is purely to energise ourselves for the "battles" at work/school the next day.

Maybe all they dream of are themselves in the cartoon world, all nice and colourful.

8) Cuppies Tier

I'm thinking of a cupcake tier for my 21st!
Exciting!

Am experimenting on the different kinds of cakes, frosting etc...

Just afraid it may not turn out nice or delicious, then I will be torturing everyone to eat them

Ok... I'm Kiasu too cuz I've been trying to be one of those Kiasu people...
But I failed so I'm just one kiasu loser...

Colleagues have been very helpful though!
Makes me feel very bad for dragging time and not giving them an ans...

Mr Jason (from work) has offered to help me rent a unit at Downtown east for only about $50 per night...

The Cons:
I'm afraid 1 unit would not be enough based on previous Cdian's parties...
I would probably need at least 2 units... But Jason said he can only help me get 1...

I would have to book another room (normal rates) if I choose this...
Area might be small
Pay $1 entrance fee

The Pros:
I don't have to worry bout noise levels even if colleagues come after 1130
Accessible
Can walk around, arcades, WWW, shops etc
Can smuggle outside food caterers

Mr Simon (from work too) offered to rent a place at SAF Yacht Club which is a really pretty place... and it cost $208 for 3days 2 nights... Still pretty affordable.

The Cons:
The resort rooms works like a hotel style so you know la, they got a limit on how many patrons can stay overnight, got to keep minimum noise levels etc...

Although Simon said it's ok cuz he's a member there for very long so he say they close one eye but I'm still skeptical bout that, what if we all get chased home... =/

Room at 3rd floor, BBQ at ground floor
Might not know what to do
Worried bout noise levels

The Pros:
Very nice view (facing the sea) *check out the photos!
Can go swimming, fishing, etc
Got DVD player in room
Got shuttle service from MRT station

Dylan came to our place in the morning!

Mum was very pleased...
She hasn't been so happy for some time...

I think I look scary when I'm sleeping cuz little dylan refused to let me carry when he came to my bed where I was hibernating...

But kids are very easy to 骗...

While toasting my leftover Subway sandwich from Sat night (thanks to Ah Ping who got it for me), Mum said my uncle's coming over to celebrate Ah Ma's birthday!

Anyway, this celebration seemed last min or rather, I'm always the last to be informed about everything...

20 chicken wings, nasi lemak rice, bee hoon, cereal prawns, pork ribs, vege, soup, watermelon and 2 ducks (just before the rise in prices of the meat)

Thankfully, most were finished (after eating the same stuff for lunch and dinner) if not you guys will know what my meals for the next few days will consist of...
