No lah.... Look carefully...

It's Mian Hua Tang... Hee

Why don't we have such funny little things here in Singapore?
My mum brought back from China some chewing-gum-like red dates snacks packed in cigar boxes... Lolx...
Cute mah...

Decided to post an entry I didn't publish a few days ago due to uncertainties and stuff...
Hmmm... well... All's set and we have registered!
This was what happened...

22 June 2006...

Have decided to try out SIM with Jia, Xi and Mei...
All in the same boat...
(local unis don't want us!
*points finger at local unis*
It's your loss!!!
*walks away laughing loudly and goes into a corner to cry*
Wahahhahaha!)

Jia and Xi decided to go for part time bachelor at SIM...
Sms-ed me and mei to see if we are interested...
Jia said she was shock that we so on.... Lolx!

Anyway, I think it's not too bad
Although it may not be very recognised, it beats just having a dip...
Furthermore, using our dip, we got an exemption of 1.5 yrs
Therefore, we can grad after 1.5 yrs!

Total expenditure would be: $13 K plus plus...
Naughty boy said it's cheaper than local Unis cuz it's over 10K per yr for local U?

Although I didn't like the idea of private uni initially cuz ya, the reason that it's not as recognised and more ex etc...
But! At least, this is not a full time 3 yrs course mah...
Even if not as recognised, I will not be wasting 3 yrs on it...
For part time, I can still go out and work...
Furthermore, 13K is still affordable (if I work) and hopefully, I can earn enough to cover that cost...
=)

Hope everything works out well
So next time, we guys will be meeting at night for classes!
Wahahaha
Like what jia said...
Instead of shopping after class, we will go shopping before class! Lolx!

Got to forgo the 9pm and 10pm TV shows liao!

Will find a temp job first I guess or whatever that's suitable so I don't get to stressed up by work and studies... See how it goes ba!

Will be going to reg tomorrow, hopefully we all can go in!

Scali think so much, even SIM also don't want me
=(

This is the 4th time I've been to Changi airport in less than a month!

- Back and forth Hong Kong - 22 May, 26 May
- Send Dad off to Japan : 5 June
- Welcome Dad back from Japan and send Mum off to China - 9 June

Will be going to the airport for the 5th time on 24 June...

Travelling to the airport is such a hassle when you are living so far away...
Never try to take a taxi there (if possible) cuz its really puke-stimulating...
*shows green MSN smiley*

Reached there early and ate the MSG-loaded-Qiu-Lian-Ban-Mian...
Got so thirsty that we had to get the Burger King Ice Lemon Tea (2nd cup in a week)
Dad came back and we asked about the trip!
It's Japan leh! *cries*
I wanna go!
No $$ :(
*hint*

Told Dad to try their toilets there (with all the buttons and their water-spraying-toilet-bowl)
but he said he didn't dare to press the buttons!
wahahahahha
He don't know what the buttons can do and didn't want water to be splashing up his butt!
Wahahahah
I think you probably will suck back all the shit (that you wanna shit) after getting sprayed by the water...
Must be damn ticklish

Sis and I were so agitated when Dad told us he couldn't get used to eating the raw food there...
All the fish roe, salmon, octopus....
It's such a pity cuz the meals they had there cost over a hundred bucks each!
Ta bao for us mah... :(

So we dug up Dad's Japan Muah Chee, Chocolates, Cakes and a little Zhao Cai Mao for Dylan...

Nice packaging! Just the muah chee (or mochi)
is packed so nicely... All wrapped up like a present...

The inside... Looks very yummy!
Japanese are very concerned about the little details...
There's a not-sharp-enough-to-cut-up-the-muah-chee-wooden-knife that is packed together with the little glutinous rice cakes...

This Aunty tried to Qiang my Jing Tou by sticking out her huge hand with the pink muah chee in front my my face =/

Me and the delicious little thing...

After sending Mom off, we travelled a huge distance back to...

GOALLLLL!!!! Eh.... Sorry, my whole quiet estate is suddenly awaken by a thunderous "GOAALLLLLL!!!!!"

How to sleep tonight?

Alright, back to my Mum who is know flying high above the sky...

We wished her Bon Voyage, travelled a huge distance and spotted this...

No number plate!!!
Better don't get caught dude...

And when I'm back home... I continued to open up all the goodies!

This little cake like stuff... Haven't tried it yet but should contain Dou Sha...
The usual filling...

Japanese Chocolate.... Heh!!! Nice packaging...
The sinful smell came floating out just as I tore the plastic open...

Ah!!!!
Looks sinfully good!

*licks lips*

And so, as you wonder... what's the point of this entry?
The point is... bring me to Japan please!
Pretty please?
:D

(Sorry Hong Kong, I betrayed you...)

I wanna go back there :(

Happy Belated birthday to DJ Nanthu!
*sings birthday song*
Had a little celebration at the legendary eat-all-you-can and pay-whatever-amount-you-want Annalakshmi Vegetarian Indian Restaurant!
The place is nice, beautifully decorated but the person that attended to us wasn't that ideal... =P

And so we ate, paid X amount of money and ran off
wahahahah!

No lah, we WALKED out of the restaurant and travelled to Clarke Chicken (Quay)...

Walked around the pub areas and went to this fountain place...

The five girls braved through the dirty waters (cuz the water are recycled) just to take this dark and mysterious pic... wahahaha

Gwee: "Let's all see what Cy is going to blog about this picture..."
Guan: "Ya loh, I'm waiting..."
Cy (thinking): "Shit, I can't think of what captions for this photo! Die..."
Eunice (points down): "Hmmm, this better not be boring!"
Usha: "Haha, ya man! Let's see! If it's not good, no dedications to her!" *laughs*

If you are wondering what are we doing...
We are looking at the small fountain of water which naughty boy didn't capture in this shot =P

The water fountain stopped for us... Wahaha

Erm? What's that suppose to mean?
Yik and his weird poses again...

TCC's CCC
Chocolate Charlotte Cake (if that's what it's called =P)

Taking the first slice...

Mummy Usha with the babies....
That's Baby Yik, Baby Jason and Baby Darius for you...

Mummy Usha goes *burp*

Usha's fortune telling session!
The results showed that she is very 幸运 but her 性 ahem is lacking the sparks =P
Yik told Nanthu to go back and pump
Wahahhahahahahhahahahahha!

HONG KONG AFTERMATH

Check out what Guan, Gwee and I wore on that day!
Wahaha!
It's the things-bought-in-HK-showcase!
Lolx!

Gwee and mine!!
I was too excited that I carried the bag the wrong side!
Blur me!

On the way home with the birthday girl :)

Yik and the birthday girl...
Sorry yik, didn't manage to capture your "TOSHIBA" logo
-_-"'

=P

See all of you again, Cdians!

=D

The Story of 4 Aunties in Hong Kong Part 7
(Day Five - Departure)

Itinerary for 26 May 06

Checkout
Central for Breakfast at Wellington Street
Buy egg tarts
Proceed to Causeway Bay to Shop
Island Beverley Shopping Centre
Hotel
Hong Kong International Airport
Bye Hong Kong :(

Did some last minute packing and proceeded to check out, left our huge luggages at the lobby and went off to Central via MTR!

Last glimpse of our Suite :(

My bursting luggage (note: the bottom one is oso mine) and Gwee's (right one)

All the luggages combined!
Scary how 4 girls (or aunties) can shop so much.... :P
and wait till you see the inside!
Check out the photos below... :P

Guan and Ju enjoying their tarts :P

Us, at the ah Pek dim sum restaurant...
A portion of my glutinous rice that I was holding with my chopsticks dropped while waiting for the camera to click...
Was quite funny and gwee was wondering if this shot will have a piece of flying glutinous rice...
lolx! It will be very funny if that happened!

The place where they film Hong Kong serials?

The famous Mid Levels Escalator (World Longest Outdoor Escalator)
We didn't take the whole stretch cuz we had other places to visit as well :P

Us, at the escalator

Busy Lunch time crowd in Central... So many people!
Had to squeeze around :P

We arrived at Causeway Bay and I can't believe this is the first picture I took there!
Inside Island Beverley Shopping Mall and we saw this some sort like stress ball toys...
They had it as a phone chain etc... O_o"'

This is the shop we all liked...
Unique clothes and we really like how the salesgirl wore them!
*thumbs* Too bad they were too ex
The stuff sold here were really pricey!
Ranges over S$30
Clothes were nicer than Mongkok areas!
Would love to go there during their sales period!

At the World Trade Center with a huge Da Vinci Code poster!
Ah Gwee's holding on to our Lavender Ice Cream

Toilet Bowl Seat inside a shop at Island Beverley...
Just had to take a picture with it!

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Hong Kong International Airport - Taken by another Uncle :P

Bye Hong Kong!

Last minute packing at the aiport...
Hong Kong, till we meet again :(
Sob sob

The plane food...

Boneless Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sauce from Lei Garden Restaurant!
Not Too bad!
Had Mini Magnum for desert! Hiak hiak!

Our Flight Confirmed!
We are still high up in the sky! Trying to sleep!
Lolx

Landed! Back to Sunny Singapore
Welcome back home!
What I found funny here was that so many people came to fetch me (my naughty boy, Brother, Da Sao, Dylan, Mum, Jie, Jie Fu) Haha! Abit "Kua Zhang" leh! So many people...
I also not President or celebrity! Lolx
But ya, as what Naughty Boy said, they cared :) Love them!

Found out later that it was some miscommunication (Sis didn't know Bro coming and Bro didn't know Sis coming) Wahha
End up all come! Lolx

Felt bad that I couldn't give them a lift home cuz the car was packed (mum had to carry Dylan's car seat on her lap)

Sorry Gwee and Ju! Thanks to Guan! ;)

My Loads...
Scary shit...
Took a few days to finish packing...

SOME of my Loots...

Conclusion:

This trip has definitely been very memorable!
The first time the 4 of us went for a Free and Easy trip (To Hong Kong somemore when we don't know how to speak Cantonese!)
Not forgetting, it's just us, 4 girls!
Love the company, the jokes we laughed at, the food we shared, the time we spent together and definitely, the uncles we ogled at... Wahahahaha

To Ah Ju: Thanks for being there with me to laugh together at the little things like watching that lame Pig cartoon show on board the plane and continuing our shopping spree from Singapore all the way to Hong Kong! Broke our record huh? :) And not to forget, being our ATM whenever we run short of cash! haha :P

To Ah Gwee: Thanks Gwee for keeping us sane in Hong Kong! We need alot of control like you leh! Must learn from you liao! Can control! Hee! Very nice to have you around to recommend more things to eat, more places to go in Hong Kong! Oyah! How can I forget how you ran up to Char Shao Bing! Wahaha! Good Job! If not, we will probably leave HK with regrets man! Good one! ;)

To Ah Guan, Thanks for the lovely and sweet note you gave us when departing! How nice of you! Love the Mickey Ring! No wonder you want to exchange seats with ah Ju... I thought you don't want to sit with me :( Haha! :) Thank you so much! Been great having you around! But rmb to "hong" yourself more... Don't keep buying things for friends, then you left with nothing liao! haha! ;) Oh!! And thanks so much for the ride to Airport, if not we had to spend money on midnight charge liao! :) Had fun staying over at your place even though I tossed and turned :P

To Myself, Thanks for digging up a thousand over dollars for this trip as I really really enjoyed myself there! Thanks for buying so much things and still manage to pack them into the luggage and lug them back to Singapore! Hope you can earn more money and return back to HK soon!

Thanks guys! *winks* You all were great!

-The End-
