The teeth have changed colour...
It was more bloody yesterday but has since changed to a more dirty yellowish colour...

Yucks...

I wonder how much blood I lost yesterday...

But surprisely, my mouth didn't hurt as much as expected
Everyone's been telling me how pain extracting of wisdom teeth is...

Especially when I've another 4 molars to go as well...

Instead, I woke up in pain due to the soreness of my throat...
Apparently, they stuck a tube down my nose and throat so I could breathe..
=(

I could have had a painless op if not for that tube... =/

Hope it goes away soon! =)

At least I got to see him both yesterday (took care of him on my off day) and today (came over with maid to help out with grandma's death anni)!

Was fun to have him brighten up our days!

I would have to agree with Naughty Boy that seeing baby D sleep is such a comfy feeling...
They (babies) seem so innocent and carefree unlike us where sleep is purely to energise ourselves for the "battles" at work/school the next day.

Maybe all they dream of are themselves in the cartoon world, all nice and colourful.

Had 2 days of muscle ache... after that fateful night of leg cramps...

Poor naughty boy was awaken by my cries of despair...

First it was my left leg, then my right leg (which was hell)...

The second time... I thought I was gonna be paralysed after the cramps...

Thank goodness naughty boy was just beside me...

DIY Aspirin Mask

Aspirin Mask is my current fave cuz the skin already whitens after use and it's will have the temporary smooth effect~ Heh!

Read it up in the forums like flowerpod and most are raves about the DIY mask... *thumbs*
Some mentioned that it will make their skin smooth, whiten and kicks out the white and blackheads (cuz it's an exfoliating mask)!

I wanted to use it to remove blackheads but I don't see any results... But! it sort of pushes the blackheads out so.... putting on nose pore pack after exfoliating can collect more black "gold" Sorry for the crude description =X

Well, if you are interested, you can do it too!

1) just get 2-3 (or even 4) aspirin pills (yup, those you eat when you get headaches etc)
2) drop a few droplets of water, preferably distilled water (or Cetaphil, that's what I used)

The pills will dissolve in water and just spread the sandy mixture on your face...
Leave it on for some time and wash off...
Remember to scrub as you wash off in order to exfoliate~

The thing about this "recipe" is that you can mix anything with the aspirin...
Aloe Vera, water, Cetaphil, yoghurt, milk, honey to make the respective aspirin masks!
Amazing!~

But becareful cuz some people are allegic to Aspirin... Do remember to test a spot on ur skin before spreading it on your face, you don't want a tomato face...

Oh! And do not do it too often cuz it's drying for the skin... max about 2-3 times a week?

Had my long awaited shopping spree!

Managed to squeeze some time out today after changing shift with Joce... :)

Went to bai bai with sis and mok and he got summon for speeding poor thing... Had breakfast with them and...

proceeded to Bugis area for my health check...
And they drew 2 bottles of blood from me! I didn't catch the reason of them doing so... but nvm...

I'm fit so approve my leaves and MCs now! Heh!

Went off to Bugis Street for a walk...

Bought a dress (which I didn't wanna buy cuz it's ex but still got it in the end cuz of the salegirl's pleading and the fact that she gave me quite some amount of discount :P Got dress for CNY!~), a top, a pair of sandals...

Total damage today inclusive of food: $100 *faints*

Nearly 1 tenth of my pay... *Collapse*

I'm officially broke for the month after paying for sch fees, mum's pocket money, Naughty's savings and whatever that I used in...

just 3 days into the new month!!!!

I can't explain why... just felt so... Maybe becuz the Vivo guides feel so "fake" (not to bad way)
and the place is so relaxing... Maybe because it's near the sea or near Sentosa?

Anyway... We shopped around and went to this cafe which had the harbour view...
They had swings outside :)
So we bought some drinks, cheesecake, apple crumble (or whatever that is)... and sat on the swing... lazing away...

The feeling is great... A day without work... Just sitting there... enjoying the breeze... people watching... *thumbs* So "Tai-tai"-ish

Walked around, shopped about and went off to Pasir Ris to fetch Naughty boy...

I like naughty boy in army wear... cuz it makes him look bigger... lolx!

Anyway! we went back to vivo after his bath and had dinner... walked around the habour front...

A Beetle!

We had to excuse ourselves for the beetle who shared a room with ah xi that night!

Ah Xi didn't want to join us for supper since she reached the comfort of her own house and Mei Mei had to go home cuz it was about 2 plus?

So we sent Mei home and the 3 of us (fy beh and I) went on to eat prata (yes, my stomach exploded that day)!!!

Drove to the prata shop near old SMU and parked the car at some ulu hostel carpark (more of the carpark later)

Yah, so we had lots of mum mum...

Tissue prata, indian rojak, egg cheese onion prata, chicken mutarbak...
Filling and it was delicious! =)

Price was reasonable too! All for just about $18 =)

Let's go back there again k? =)

Went home pregnant (with food) =P

Went to collect ah fy's car only to find out that the carpark entrance was chained up!
Panicked awhile cuz the car wun be able to drive out without geting caught in the chains or scratched!

So ah beh and I had to hold up the chain and thankfully, ah fy's car slided under without scratches! Weee!

Got home, bathed, wait for hair to dry and slpt for 2 hrs plus before waking up for Tumble Tots...

but I can't go... Thank goodness TT boss allowed the off and luckilyMeimei got somebody to replace me...

It's still abit red and itchy but definitely better than before le....

So itchy that I kept scratching =(

The only good thing is that I duneed to put blusher....

I want slim slim!

So bui bui now... After hearing the raves of acupuncture slimming, I wanna try!!!

But no money at the moment, must wait till I come back from my HK Trip... Or maybe after thursday when I win TOTO :) Wahahah!

The Weight Issue

Singaporeans are getting more conscious about their weight. Just look at the number of slimming ads on TV. The advertised products range from slimming centres to pills to firming gels. Using celebrities to endorse these products has become so common that it seems like all local MediaCorp artistes have at least 1 deal.
Every time I switch on the television set, I'm bombarded with irksome images of impossible-to-achieve stick-like figures of celebrities. They constantly remind me that my acceptable weight, according to the Body Mass Index (BMI), just isn't good enough. We should all be underweight like them! I felt a tinge of regret when I thought of that little sinful piece of chocolate that I just ate.
It's just impossible to lose weight in Singapore.
What's Singapore famous for? Food! Singapore is a food paradise! How can we refrain from those yummy, lip-smacking, finger-licking local dishes like fried Hokkien noodles, laksa [noodles in coconut gravy], and chicken rice, just to name a few? As I'm typing this, Channel 8 is introducing the different kinds of roti prata s [an Indian tossed pancake] we can find in Singapore . Now, even vegetarians in Singapore have restaurants serving delectable vegan cuisine, catered to them like this one the UrbanWire introduced. Oh, don't forget the annual Singapore Food Festival held a month back. Tell me, how can anyone resist?
Some argue that as long as we exercise and not binge, it's ok. However, gym memberships are too expensive for students. They can cost up to $100 a month big chunk of our monthly allowance. Forget about going to a gym; let's go jogging around our residential estate. A quick look out my window informs me that it's drizzling outside, and the ground is wet from the rain just a while ago. How can anyone exercise?
The pace of life as a Singaporean, is ‘fast' and ‘faster'. No time for exercise, too much stress to diet, and food comes to mind whenever one is depressed. Maybe it's just me, but whenever I'm stressed and depressed, I find comfort in food. How unfortunate!
These are the results of my analysis, and to reward myself for completing this blog entry, I shall treat myself to a yummy piece of Merci chocolate…

Haven been feeling good since yest... or was it sunday?
It was supposed to be a nice day yesterday but... SighZ
Although it didn't ended that badly yest but still... there's something missing somewhere...
Sorry, if u guys dun understand wad I was talking about... nvm... Just ranting away...
Don't talk about those unhappy stuff... Anyway, had on-air presentation today... Ok lah... Not that bad, was pretty satisfied with my grades although I still think I'm not cut out to be a DJ... SighZ... :(
Quite fun, nevertheless....
Met Mum and sis at Amara Hotel after school, YippeE... Had dinner then went walk walk... Sis wanted to get shoes for me but blame it on my ugly, fat and big feet... I couldnt find any nice sandals/slippers/shoes... SighZ... Another depressing moment...
So we went to buy fruits! Heh! Those fruits look really good... Got apples... Grapes.... Lalalala
Oh... I want to eat some now... :/
Talking bout fruits, i'm hungry now... I wanna eat some food... Arg... nvm... few hours to breakfast... I will just have to bear with it... Feel like eating my oats with brown rice cereal... It's a baby food but it taste really good... :P Ok... Fine... A pig like me finds everything nice....
Anyway... Im thinking of all the depressing moments that happened in the past few days... hours... now and I really think I shd go to slp... ArGh! Tomorrow will be a happy day...
