After a day of shopping and sourcing pressie for my dear niece's 1st month, I managed to drop by Swensons to wish ah fy happy birthday~!

So sorry to Fy cuz I didn't stayed for long...

Managed to make it Beh's celebration at Xian De Lai...

Chums really loveee steamboat (I mean huo guo...) I tell u...

Had nice nice dumplings, chicken meat, Beh's wantons, Special meatballs, mushrooms...

Nothing beats having hot and yummy huo-guo on a cold day with nice nice company~!

After a fulfilling huo guo..

We actually decided to go for some desserts!

After Ah Dong got her 杏仁糊 "Almond Lake (or leg, in Mei's case)" from the popular stall and while we were deciding on which "Tong Shui Cafe" to patron, she suggested going to the one at the airport...

!!

So being the adventurous us, we venture into the expressway and off to Changi T2!

I went along despite having to work morning the next day cuz I realised that I would probably have a harder time at work if I go back to slp (for a few pathetic hours)

Day 2 (Late night party with colleagues)

Lynda was the first to arrive (since most came after work)!

Talked to her while packing the catered food...

Then, Cdians (sorry for making u guys wait so long!) called for a gathering upstairs so I had to leave Lynda alone, thank goodness, Mum went over to entertain her... Lol!

Felt so bad...

Then poor Nel came after being 'put aeroplane' by Ismail...

Then Gladys and her bf...

And then, the late Ismail...

So meantime, they went outside for their usual Hun Ki break...

All these while the peeps who finished work came in their cars and taxis...
I hope they managed to claim their taxi fares =P

Upon arriving, I received an extremely adrenaline-rushing news from Poh Suan!
I nearly cried out "Wiipee" when Nel passed me the gift!

So everyone gathered upstairs with the gifts...

First, I opened up a gift from my 2 Chinese SDs, Lynda and Cui Cui!

Then, everyone told me to open the box...

After thanking them and when the commotion has died down, those that wanted to "play cards" stayed upstairs while the hungry peeps headed down to the BBQ pit!
