Too much food these few days!

Terrible...!

All started on Friday and will last till tml (at least)!

Friday - supper with colleagues at Lavender food court...

There was Wanton Mee, ban mian, sichuan soup, porridge, peng fish, some delicious shell seafood, chicken wings, carrot cake, raw fish (sashimi) and beer

And believe it or not, we went for second round (dim sum) near Mustafa...

Only AP's from MCN can have such big appetites I tell you

So much food... Felt so guilty man!

Saturday - Supper with fellow APs at Holland V Crystal Jade for our christmas gift exchange and Mad Mong's *0th birthday...*ahem*

We ordered quite alot and bill amounted to 100+...

Then we went on a photo craze and took photos till 3+

It's a HK style eatery and the food is good!

+ points to the good service (unlike *ahem* wang)

I had mushroom rice with fish...
It's really good!
The rice is mixed with mushroom, corn kennels, egg (kindna like fried rice) and with the sauce, it tasted really good.
Order that if you are a mushroom fan!
The fish is fried with a coat of egg perhaps and it's really 2 slices of fish meat (not fishcake)

And today, the biz department had a party and there were turkey, sushi, champagne, wine (thank goodness the presenters did not get drunk/go red when they are on air)

APs and studio 3 will be having a party on Christmas eve with all the food but I'm not working...

So no "kou fu" le :(

But the AP will have to wear something with Red or Green element in it on Christmas Day!

Got to dig my cupboard for something Red or Green.. haha exciting!

Day 2 - Monday

It's the long awaited shopping day!
Ah Ju and I combed Bugis and bought a bag each and tops :)

Went to Bugis and proceeded to Beppu for ramen~
Kept laughing all the way cuz our paper steamboat kept "chut che-ing"

First, it dripped soup into the heating gel and the waiter had to replace a new one for us...
Then, the paper caught fire after we drink quite some amount of the soup and they had to change it for us...

We were worried the fire detector would "sprinkle" water on us...
In the end, we got a complimentary paper pot with more ingredients and a cup of yoghurt ice cream
But we were too full so we just conquered the desert and went off to Orchard for more shopping

Day 3 - Tuesday

Not exactly a terrific day cuz had minor hiccups but overall it's still great to spend time with nauti boy :P

This is the day my com retired but thanks darling for helping me solve my problems and ordering the new com for me :)

Day 4 - Wednesday

The day I dreaded - going back to work after a 3 days break :(

Anyway, it's finally over and I'm looking forward to Saturday.

DIY Aspirin Mask

Aspirin Mask is my current fave cuz the skin already whitens after use and it's will have the temporary smooth effect~ Heh!

Read it up in the forums like flowerpod and most are raves about the DIY mask... *thumbs*
Some mentioned that it will make their skin smooth, whiten and kicks out the white and blackheads (cuz it's an exfoliating mask)!

I wanted to use it to remove blackheads but I don't see any results... But! it sort of pushes the blackheads out so.... putting on nose pore pack after exfoliating can collect more black "gold" Sorry for the crude description =X

Well, if you are interested, you can do it too!

1) just get 2-3 (or even 4) aspirin pills (yup, those you eat when you get headaches etc)
2) drop a few droplets of water, preferably distilled water (or Cetaphil, that's what I used)

The pills will dissolve in water and just spread the sandy mixture on your face...
Leave it on for some time and wash off...
Remember to scrub as you wash off in order to exfoliate~

The thing about this "recipe" is that you can mix anything with the aspirin...
Aloe Vera, water, Cetaphil, yoghurt, milk, honey to make the respective aspirin masks!
Amazing!~

But becareful cuz some people are allegic to Aspirin... Do remember to test a spot on ur skin before spreading it on your face, you don't want a tomato face...

Oh! And do not do it too often cuz it's drying for the skin... max about 2-3 times a week?

I can't explain why... just felt so... Maybe becuz the Vivo guides feel so "fake" (not to bad way)
and the place is so relaxing... Maybe because it's near the sea or near Sentosa?

Anyway... We shopped around and went to this cafe which had the harbour view...
They had swings outside :)
So we bought some drinks, cheesecake, apple crumble (or whatever that is)... and sat on the swing... lazing away...

The feeling is great... A day without work... Just sitting there... enjoying the breeze... people watching... *thumbs* So "Tai-tai"-ish

Walked around, shopped about and went off to Pasir Ris to fetch Naughty boy...

I just sat there stoned...

7 days straight in a week is damn irritating cuz everyday you woke up, you keep reminding yourself to get ready for work/classes...
